Yes, we don't actually build a site until step 4! During this time, you will be able to use our client support system to track your project's progress. We also provide a monthly productivity report, showing you exactly what we have been working on, and how long we worked on it.

Frequently Asked Questions about System Setup:

How do you charge for this process?: Building is done on an hourly basis. You will be given an hourly rate, based on the complexity of your build. On the first of the month you will be sent a statement and bill for the previous month's work.
How long does this process take?: It depends! A simple site can be built in under a month, more complex ones can take 6 months or more. The average time is about three months. If necessary, we can work with a "staged" release, where portions of the site will be released to the public during the build. These details are worked out in the planning stage.
