Maintenance

The last step is regular maintenance. We monitor your site constantly, and will provide you with monthly statistics. We will also do minor maintenance, bug fixes and other routine clean-up activities.

Most people tend to think that this is the end of the process, but actually, it is only a pause, a rest period before we start the process all over again! Sometimes the pause is a year or two, other times, we start on the next version of the site immediately!

Frequently Asked Questions about System Setup:

How do you charge for this process?
You will be charged a monthly fee for services. The fee depends on where your site is hosted, and how complex it is. Large, complex changes will be charged at an hourly rate.
OK, now that the site is out there, there's a whole bunch of new things I want. What now?
That is why we say it's the Systems Development Life Cycle. Maintenance is not the end of your site, sites grow and change. It may be time to go back to the beginning, and start talking about what the next version of your site will be like.
